The Villas are located right off A1A beach boulevard. You just walk across A1A and follow the beach paths! This totals about a 5 minute walk.

We often get asked if you can bring pets, even small quiet dogs. This property has been newly renovated and in our best effort to be respectful of the Villas and our guests, we do not allow animals.

The Villas are located 3.5 miles (9 minute drive) from Historic Downtown St. Augustine. We are also located just 1.5 miles from the St. Augustine Amphitheater known for it’s live music and Saturday farmers market that is open year round.

The Villas are stocked with beach essentials! Each Villas provides a beach cart, toys, chairs, umbrellas and a small cooler. Due to liability reasons, we do not offer bike rentals but recommend a bike rental kiosk just a few blocks down the road, DRIFTERS OUTPOST

Absolutely! The properties consist of two duplex homes, which makes it a great option for families or friends traveling together. Ask about our group discounts!

There are several options of places to fly into. The most frequent is the Jacksonville airport (1hr from Villas). Two other options include Daytona Beach (1hr) and Orlando (2hrs).
