We are the Kling/Morin family, co-owners of St. Augustine Beach Villas. We are two local families who love our beach community and are excited to share everything it has to offer.
After purchasing our first property together in 2021, we renovated the our first Villas to create a simple chic getaway just one block from the beach. Just a couple of years later, an opportunity to purchase another property just one street over presented itself. This property happened to be just a street over with the same builder/building layout!
We completed our second Villa renovation late 2023 and are excited to have four Villas available for rent just steps away from each other!
The Villas have been designed to create a unique vacation experience that include concrete flooring, custom wood vanities, wood accents walls, custom concrete sinks and neutral organic linens to create an earthy, modern vibe right here in Florida.
Four Villas are available to rent for short term or long term stays.
The properties are duplex units - both available for rent for larger parties. Ask us about our discount for renting all four Villas.
Meet the Owners.
We are Megan & Gabe Kling. We are a local St. Augustine Beach family, raising 3 boys! Gabe is a retired professional surfer who took to investing in real estate over 15 years ago and has been selling real estate for almost 10 years now. Gabe was born and raised in St. Augustine, FL and I am from New Jersey! We met while I was attending Flagler College. I have a degree in marketing and a love for interiors. We recently purchased this property with the Morins and we are so excited to be able to share this space and St. Augustine with our family, our friends and travelers!
We are Libby & Kyle Morin, a local St. Augustine family who made the move here after over a decade living on the cold rocky beaches of New Hampshire and a lifetime of visiting Saint Augustine. We are a family of four who love the beach, travel and showing off the nations oldest city and all it has to offer! We have survived some massive home renovations over the years and bringing out a home’s unique charm and features is always our goal! We hope you enjoy your stay, but be careful, we came for a visit and never left!
